Activate/Deactivate Supply

Sellers can use this API endpoint to activate or deactivate a supply.
This will change the supply's status from active to inactive, and
vice-versa.

Supplies that have been deactivated cannot be used in any order. Sellers
should ensure that they deactivate only those supplies that have been
discontinued, will not be used any more.
